2-year Off Dial warranty

Unless a product page states otherwise, new Off Dial watches are covered by a 2-year Off Dial Watches warranty from the date of delivery.

The warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use, including defects in the hand-finished dial, dial finish, dial installation, reassembly and functional performance.

What is not covered

• normal wear and tear, including scratches and ordinary bracelet or strap wear;
• accidental damage, impact, dropping or crushing;
• misuse, neglect or use outside the watch's stated limitations;
• theft, loss or cosmetic damage caused after delivery;
• damage caused by unauthorised repair, modification or opening of the watch after delivery; and
• water ingress or water-related damage unless Off Dial expressly stated that the finished watch had been pressure-tested and specified the applicable test conditions.

Water resistance

Customising a watch requires the case to be opened. We therefore do not represent the original manufacturer's water-resistance rating as guaranteed after customisation unless the finished watch has been pressure-tested by Off Dial and the applicable test result has been expressly stated.

A pressure test confirms the condition of the seals at the time of testing. Water resistance can change over time through wear, impacts, ageing seals or later opening of the case.

Making a warranty claim

Email hello@offdial.co.uk with your order number, a description of the issue and, where useful, photographs or video. We may ask you to return the watch for assessment.

If the claim is valid, we will provide the appropriate repair, replacement or other remedy and will not charge you the reasonable costs that we are legally responsible for.

Your statutory rights

This warranty is a voluntary commercial warranty. It is in addition to, and does not replace, restrict or reduce your statutory consumer rights.
