Shipping charges

• United Kingdom: £15 per order
• International: £25 per order

The applicable delivery charge is shown before payment. Store prices are set in GBP. Where Stripe offers local-currency checkout, the customer may see an automatically converted amount in their local currency.

Dispatch

Most Off Dial watches are made to order. Unless a product page or order confirmation states a different timescale, we aim to dispatch within 14 days of purchase.

Custom Request timelines are agreed separately before payment and may be longer depending on the design.

Delivery

Delivery time begins after dispatch and varies by destination and carrier. Any transit estimate is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date unless we expressly agree otherwise.

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent after dispatch.

International orders

Orders sent outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, brokerage charges or other handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or the £25 international shipping charge and are the customer's responsibility.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice an error, contact hello@offdial.co.uk as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.

Delays, loss or damage in transit

If tracking shows an unusual delay, the parcel appears lost, or the package arrives damaged, contact us promptly at hello@offdial.co.uk so we can investigate with the carrier and provide any remedy required by law.
