Returns & refunds

Catalogue products — change of mind

For a standard Off Dial product bought online, you may cancel the order without giving a reason at any time after the contract is made and up to 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

This means that, where the statutory cancellation right applies, you can also cancel while we are making the watch and before it has been dispatched. Being “made to order” does not, by itself, remove this right.

To cancel, email hello@offdial.co.uk with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.

After you receive the watch

If the watch has already been delivered, you must return it within 14 days after telling us that you are cancelling. We will provide the return address when you contact us.

For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the watch. Because this is a valuable item, we strongly recommend a tracked and adequately insured service. You are responsible for the watch until it is delivered back to us.

Condition of returned goods

You may inspect the watch as you reasonably would in a shop. If handling goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the watch and reduces its value, we may make an appropriate deduction from the refund where the law allows.

Refunds

For an eligible cancellation, we will refund the price paid for the returned goods and the cost of our standard outbound delivery. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we do not have to refund the extra amount above our standard delivery charge.

We will make the refund without undue delay and within the legal time limits. Refunds are normally made to the original payment method.

Hand-painted variation

Every Off Dial is painted and finished by hand. Small differences in brushwork, texture, colour placement and spacing are part of the handmade character of the watch and are not, by themselves, faults. This does not prevent you raising a claim where the product is genuinely faulty or materially different from what was agreed.

Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods

If a watch arrives damaged, is faulty, or is materially not as described, contact us at hello@offdial.co.uk as soon as possible. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by this policy.
